DESCRIPTION:EU2SE – European Upskilling of Students for Sustainable Entrepreneurship \n\n\n\nMobility week in OHRID  hosted by North Macedonia (UKIM- Ss. Cyril and Methodius University) \n\n\n\nThe Entrepreneurial Week will be the culminating event of a six-week intensive training program designed to upskill 40 students from diverse cross-cultural and interdisciplinary backgrounds. This initiative aims to provide hands-on entrepreneurial experience\, encouraging participants to develop innovative solutions for sustainable business challenges. \n\n\n\nThe focus areas of this event include: \n\n\n\n\nSustainable food production and food waste management\n\n\n\nGreen businesses for environmental protection and resource conservation.\n\n\n\n\nDuring the week\, participants will refine their business models\, develop prototypes\, and receive expert mentorship to ensure their ideas align with real-world business dynamics. The event features a mix of interactive workshops/hands-on prototyping sessions/ guest speaker engagements /mentorship. \n\n\n\nThese will ultimately lead to the final pitch competition\, where teams will present their solutions to a panel of judges.
