The IKAS– Intercultural Skills for Administrative Staff – project is a European Erasmus+ program designed to strengthen administrative staff’s intercultural and professional English language skills. Joining the training offers a unique opportunity to improve your skills in English language and intercultural communication in a truly international context.
The IKAS project partners are the University of Caen Normandie, the University of Lapland, the University of Valladolid, the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, the University of Pardubice, and the University of Fribourg
Who Can Apply?
Administrative staff, employed at one of the universities involved in the IKAS project, working with international audiences like students, teachers, international partners and with the need to improve intercultural and English language competence at their current job.

Programme content
Requirements
- Need and motivation to improve intercultural and English language skills (B1 minimum)
- Commitment to the full program (training + mobility): from Sept 2026 until May/June 2027
- Approval of your manager/head of department (model to be provided by IKAS)
